چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف سنجش انگیزه‏ها و میزان رضایت طبیعت گردها از سفر به قشم و بازدید از منطقۀ ژئوپارک قشم و عوامل مؤثر بر میزان رضایت طبیعت‏گردها اجرا شده است. برای انجام پژوهش حاضر نیز تلفیقی از روش‏های کیفی و کمی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، 20 مصاحبه با طبیعت‏گردهایی که از منطقه قشم بازدید کرده بودند انجام شد. داده‏های کیفی حاصل از بررسی انگیزه‏ها و میزان رضایت طبیعت‏گردها از طریق روش مردم نگارانه تحلیل شد. از این مصاحبه‏ها برای بررسی انگیزه‏ها و میزان رضایت طبیعت‏گردها در بخش پیمایشی استفاده گردید. در بخش کمی تحقیق برای مطالعه انگیزه‏ها و عوامل مؤثر بر میزان رضایت طبیعت‏گردها از سفر به قشم از نظریه‏های جذب- انگیزشی، نظریه کرامپتون، نظریۀ انتظار-عدم تأیید، نظریه مبادله، نظریه پارسنز، هویت اجتماعی و وابستگی رسانه‏ای استفاده شده است. در بخش پیمایشی تحقیق، از تکنیک پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. 200 پرسشنامه توسط طبیعت‏گردهایی که از جزیره قشم بازدید کردند تکمیل شد. شیوه نمونه‏گیری در هر دو بخش، نمونه‏گیری هدفمند است. محقق برای جمع‏آوری داده‏های کیفی و کمی دو بار به منطقه قشم سفر کرده و علاوه بر انجام مصاحبه‏ها و تکمیل پرسشنامه با مسئولین ذیربط در منطقه نیز مصاحبه‏هایی انجام داده است. نتایج هر دو تحقیق کمی و کیفی گویای آن است که بازدید از مناظر طبیعی قشم، مهم‏ترین انگیزۀ آنان از سفر به قشم است. بیشتر افراد، درجۀ رضایت‏مندی بالایی از سفر خود به منطقۀ قشم دارند، به ویژه کسانی که با انگیزه بازدید از جذابیتهای طبیعی به قشم سفر کرده‏اند. یافته‏های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که انگیزه بازدید از جذابیتهای طبیعی، انگیزه انجام فعالیتهای اکوتوریستی، مدت زمان اقامت طبیعت‏گردها در قشم و تحصیلات طبیعت‏گردها عواملی است که بر میزان رضایت آنان تأثیرگذار هستند.
