تأثیر ارزش ادراک شده مقصد زیارتی بر رضایت گردشگر خارجی مسلمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش دینداری اسلامی

چکیده
این مقاله به ارزش درک شده، از منظر اسلامی نگریسته و به بررسی تأثیر ارزش ادراک شده مقصد زیارتی بر رضایت گردشگر خارجی مسلمان پرداخته است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده و تعداد 153 نمونه، با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس برای مطالعه انتخاب شد. جهت بررسی روایی سازه­های موجود در پرسش­نامه، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی صورت گرفت و سپس برای آزمون فرضیه­ها از نرم­افزار معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد هزینه­های ادراک شده شامل ارزش پولی ادراک شده، ریسک درک شده و زمان و تلاش صرف شده تأثیر منفی بر رضایت­مندی گردشگر و مزایای ادراک شده شامل ارزش کیفی، کارایی، ارزش احساسی، ارزش اجتماعی، و شواهد فیزیکی و غیر فیزیکی اسلامی تأثیر مثبتی بر رضایت گردشگر داشته اند. ضمن اینکه اثر تعدیل کنندگی دینداری اسلامی بر رابطه شواهد غیر فیزیکی اسلامی و رضایت گردشگر بیشتر و بر رابطه شواهد فیزیکی اسلامی و رضایت گردشگر کمتر بوده است.

The Impact of Perceived Value of Pilgrim Destination on Foreign Muslim Tourist Satisfaction: The Role of Islamic Religiosity

چکیده English

This study considered the concept of perceived value from an Islamic perspective and examined the effect of perceived value of pilgrimage destination on foreign Muslim tourist satisfaction. This survey is a descriptive type research and 153 samples were selected using convenience sampling method. To determine validity, confirmatory factor analysis and for testing hypotheses structural equation modeling was used. The research findings indicated that perceived costs including perceived monetary value, perceived risk, time and effort spent have a negative effect on the tourist satisfaction while perceived benefits including perceived quality, efficiency, emotional value, social value and Islamic physical/ non-physical attributes have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The moderating role of Islamic religiosity on the relationship between Islamic non-physical attributes value and tourist satisfaction was high while the role of Islamic religiosity on the relationship between Islamic physical attributes and tourist satisfaction was low.
