چکیده

اغلب افراد تاکید می‌کنند که محتوای برنامه با نیازهای صنعت گردشگری مطابقت دارد. در این راستا هدف این مطالعه بررسی نیازهای بازار کار گردشگری در ایران و تجزیه و تحلیل شکاف کیفیت آموزش عالی از دیدگاه ذینفعان گردشگری در بخش های دولتی، غیردولتی و خصوصی است تا از این طریق بتوان برنامه‌ریزی مناسبی برای بخش آموزش در این حوزه و بهسازی نیروی انسانی آن، انجام داد. بررسی پیشینه تحقیق و نظرسنجی از متخصصان و خبرگان صنعت به عنوان روش گردآوری داده ها انتخاب و داده ها با استفاده از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺲ اﻫﻤﻴﺖـﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، تحلیل و شکاف ها شناسایی، دﺳﺘﻪ‌بندیﺷﺪه است.
ذینفعان صنعت تقویت مهارت های دانش‌آموختگان در فروش، همکاری و شبکه سازی و طراحی تجربه خلاق را پیشنهاد می کنند. مدرسان این حوزه نیز باید با بخش صنعت گردشگری همکاری نزدیک‌تری داشته باشند تا به طور فعال نیازها را بیابند، محتوای آموزشی را بازنگری کرده و از رویکرد عملی‌تر استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

Most people emphasize that the content of the program matches the needs of the tourism industry. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of the tourism labor market in Iran and analyze the gap in the quality of higher education from the point of view of the stakeholders of tourism in the government, non-government and private sectors, so that appropriate planning can be done for the education sector in this field. He did the improvement of its manpower.
Conclusion and suggestions: The stakeholders of the industry suggest strengthening the skills of the graduates in sales, collaboration and networking and creative experience design. The teachers of this field should also have a closer cooperation with the tourism industry sector to actively find the needs, revise the educational content and use a more practical approach.
