Eco lodges, as representatives of the cultural and natural values and beauty of each region, play a crucial role in the tourism industry. These resorts not only provide travelers with opportunities to rest and relax but also enable them to become familiar with the local culture and traditions. Despite the remarkable potential of eco lodges in Iran, the failure rate for this type of business has been significantly high. Therefore, this study aims to explore the resilience of the eco lodge. The research population consisted of the primary owners of the eco-lodge in Guilan Province. Twelve of these owners were selected using a non-probability sampling method based on a snowball technique. The study employed a qualitative approach and was data-driven.  After validating the research, the results indicated that the main foundations of resilience in Eco lodge can be categorized into seven dimensions: individual, capital, relationships, learning, strategic, environmental, and cultural. The factors influencing this phenomenon were identified from two perspectives: the business owners and the phenomenon itself. Following the identification of contextual and moderating factors, the primary strategies related to resilience were presented in six categories: product, process, advertising, people, place, and positioning. The findings of this study serve as Basic principles for the growth and sustainability of eco lodges within the Iranian business environment. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for business operators on prioritizing and enhancing resilience in their ventures.

Women have accounted for over half of the tourism industry workforce in recent years. As such, attention to financial issues is crucial due to their significant impact on financial performance, and business owners in the tourism sector should prioritize it accordingly. This study aims to answer the question: What financial indicators influence the financial performance of women in Iran's tourism industry? To address this, the researchers employed a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative), using both a literature review and a questionnaire. They developed a conceptual model based on the relationships between the financial indicators and used SmartPLS 3 software to test the model. The study's sample consisted of experts, managers, and women working in the tourism sector, comprising a total of 65 participants. The results indicate that financial experience and literacy positively impact women’s financial behavior, directly influencing their financial resilience and ultimately enhancing the financial performance of tourism businesses.

Digital branding is increasingly vital in today's digital era, significantly influencing corporate growth, including in the tourism industry. This study aims to design a model for digital branding within the metaverse specifically for the tourism sector. Utilizing qualitative methods, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts in tourism and the metaverse, selected via purposive snowball sampling. Grounded theory was employed for data analysis with MAXQDA software. After achieving theoretical saturation with 15 experts, 113 subcategories, 19 categories, and 5 themes were identified. The results highlight key causal conditions such as interactions between physical and virtual environments, positive user experiences, and a trained workforce. Contextual conditions include branding strategies within the metaverse and target market infrastructure. Intervening conditions encompass influencers and customer experience management. The study outlines strategies across pre-trip, in-trip, and post-trip phases, identifying brand elements and destination-related factors as significant outcomes.

AbstractIn recent years, numerous environmental concerns have emerged due to rapid economic growth and development. Various companies and governments have recognized the importance of environmental sustainability for economic and social development. This study aims to investigate the role of green human resource management (GHRM) in the relationship between top management's green commitment, green intellectual capital, and employees' environmentally friendly behavior in hotels of Yazd province. The current applied research employs a descriptive-correlational method, with data collected from 101 employees of hotels in Yazd province (from an initial sample of 160) using convenience sampling. The data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that both top management's green commitment and green intellectual capital had a significant positive impact on GHRM. This mediating variable, in turn, significantly and positively influenced employees' environmentally friendly behavior.

Museums are an important part of the tourism industry and the potential to create and enhance the well-being of their visitors, the aim of the present study is to design a conceptual model for promoting the well-being of tourists in museums and identify the components and factors that affect it. For this purpose, library studies were used to collect data, and 14 experts in the fields of museums, tourism, and psychology were interviewed semi-structuredly using the snowball sampling method. The research data were coded in the form of a qualitative content analysis method with an inductive approach and with the help of MaxQDA 2020 software. The findings indicate that intrapersonal factors, extrapersonal factors, overall experience with a focus on the flow experience and mindfulness are the most fundamental components in the formation of a conceptual model of promoting a sense of well-being of tourists in museum.

This study examines the role of personalization and customization in the transformation of Iran’s hospitality industry and analyzes managers’ perspectives on their implementation. In today’s competitive market, these strategies can enhance customer experience, increase satisfaction and loyalty, and create a sustainable competitive advantage. However, their implementation faces challenges such as insufficient technological infrastructure, limited employee skills, resistance to change, and financial constraints.Using a constructivist grounded theory approach, data were collected through interviews with 17 hotel industry managers and experts in Iran. Data analysis was conducted using MAXQDA software through three stages of coding.Findings indicate that personalization and customization have not been fully institutionalized in Iranian hotels. This study presents a data-driven model that provides a framework for analyzing personalization within the local context and offers practical insights for managers to enhance competitiveness and improve customer experience.

Increasing tourist satisfaction is a key challenge in the tourism industry. In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence to address this challenge has attracted significant attention, leading to a surge in related research. This study analyzes existing literature using a bibliometric approach to map the scientific landscape, identify emerging trends, and suggest future research directions. After applying appropriate search strategies and screening criteria, 499 articles were retrieved from Scopus and analyzed using the Bibliometrix package in R. The findings highlight that sentiment analysis and review of tourists' online feedback, especially through natural language processing tools, are crucial for understanding customer needs and enhancing satisfaction. Machine learning algorithms identifying behavioral patterns and predicting future demands significantly improve tourist experiences. Additionally, electronic word-of-mouth, as an emerging concept, directly impacts tourist satisfaction.

Desert sports are an emerging tourism product and their expansion can play an important role in economic and cultural growth and development according to the climatic conditions of the country. The purpose of the current research was to identify the obstacles to the expansion of desert sports as a tourism opportunity. The research method was a qualitative type of foundation data and the research tool was a semi-structured interview. The research community included experts in the field of sports tourism, including professors, desert tour managers, and desert researchers. Sampling method was done in the form of snowball and the determination of the sample volume was based on the principle of theoretical saturation. Findings from 20 interviews were analyzed using open, central and selective coding.
