Considering the position of the accommodation sector in the tourism industry, it is important to pay attention to the financial performance of hotels. In the present study, after examining the background of the research and survey of industry and university specialists and experts, the financial indicators related to the hotels of Yazd province were identified and the data were analyzed using the importance-performance matrix, and suggestions were made to improve their situation. . The results show that none of the identified criteria are in the critical area. Criteria including the risk of financial bankruptcy, economic growth at the macro level, employment rate, direct income from the hotel's main source of income, the efficiency of the hotel's human resources in earning profit and cash reserves such as cash; It should be taken into consideration and the efforts of hotel managers should be focused on maintaining their status.

The goal of this research, is to investigate the impact of authentic leadership on employees’ thriving at work in the hotel industry, considering the moderating role of organizational politics. In this regard, a quantitative method (correlation type of structural equation modeling) was used. The statistical population of the research was hotel employees and after determining the sample size by G*POWER and distributing questionnaires, 349 complete questionnaires were collected from hotel employees in Shiraz. Initially, reliability and validity were investigated by AMOS software and then the hypotheses were tested by the SPSS software and the Process module. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership and thriving at work, and organizational politics was a significant moderator in a way that when organizational politics perception was high, the positive effect of authentic leadership on employees’ thriving at work increased.

Tourism, as a Labor - intensive industry, helps to improve the economy in the field of employment in tourist destinations, infrastructure development, maintaining financial resources and revitalizing historical and new tourist places and better understanding of the world's people from each other. Thus, the purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of foreign tourism development on housing prices in Iran during the period from the first quarter of 2012 to the first quarter of 2021. Dollar price, population and the number of highways under the protection of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development have a positive effect on housing prices and the number of building permits issued have a negative effect on housing prices. The error correction coefficient also indicates the adjustment of about 16% of short-term imbalances towards the long-term trend.

This study was written aimed at examining geotourism protection strategies and geological heritage using a questionnaire and structured interview in Lorestan province. The statistical population consisted of 70 experts in the field of study related to targeted sampling methods. To identify the strategies, the Johannes Ranking Test was used to relate these strategies to geotourism elements of QFD. As a result, 36 strategies were identified. So that 1) Strategies for Protecting Landscapes and Mountain Perspectives, Maintenance of National Geoparks and Reserves, Managing Geological Heritage and Documenting Opinion, Introducing Economic Values of Geographical Landscape and Preventing Environmental Pollution The most relevant to the element of geographical/geotourism They have. 2) Maintaining the land and preventing the abuse of land has been most related to geological processes. 3) Investment strategies in the construction of infrastructure facilities in the geographical environment have also been more related to tourism heritage.

This study aimed to investigate the quality barriers of recreational-sports tourism in Gilan province using the fishbone diagram. The research employed a descriptive-survey and practical approach, conducted through field methods. The statistical population comprised recreational and sports tourists in Gilan province, with a sample of 223 individuals selected through convenient sampling. Face and content validity were confirmed The tool's reliability was established through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α=0.93) and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory). analysis were conducted using (PLS4) and (SPSS22) . The findings revealed that, from the perspective of recreational and sports tourists the most significant obstacles among the seven dimensions (transportation and route, accommodation, return home, qualification and license, destination, activities, and reception and information) were identified as return home (5.50), destination (4.92), and residence (4.26). On the other hand, reception and information (2.86), qualification and licenses (3.25), and activities (3.54) were perceived as the least significant obstacles.

The registration of Oramanat in UNESCO as a world heritage has increased the importance of this region to attract international tourists. The purpose of this research is to find the effective factors in branding the tourist destination of Oramanat in the form of a pattern and model. This study is an applied research using a mixed exploratory method and during two qualitative and quantitative stages, in the qualitative part with 15 experts in the field. Tourism was first conducted in a targeted way and then snowball interviews. In the quantitative part, the same sample people present in the qualitative part of the questionnaire were given pairwise comparisons, and finally a hierarchical analysis was done to analyze the data. 9 factors were identified for the tourism branding of Oramanat, which obtained the highest points in the order of infrastructure and facilities, attractions factor, and marketing and advertising factor.
