[English]

The study investigated the role of social responsibility in shaping the green behavior of hotel employees in four- and five-star hotels in Tabriz. Utilizing a positivist, quantitative approach, data was collected from 216 managers and employees selected via cluster sampling. Analysis using structural equation modeling and Amos software revealed that employees’ social responsibility and environmental concern significantly influence their green behavior. However, the effect of supporting sustainable tourism on green behavior was not confirmed. The study also found significant effect of social responsibility on environmental concern and support for sustainable tourism, as well as the significant effect of environmental concern on support for sustainable tourism.
