چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر بیش از نیمی از کارکنان صنعت گردشگری را زنان تشکیل می‌دهند. از این‎رو، توجه به مسائل مالی به جهت تأثیر آن‌ها در عملکرد مالی حائز اهمیت بوده و می‌بایست در اولویت بررسی صاحبان مشاغل گردشگری قرار گیرد. در این راستا، هدف این مطالعه پاسخ به این سؤال است که شاخص‌های مالی مؤثر بر عملکرد مالی زنان در صنعت گردشگری ایران، چه عواملی هستند؟ بدین منظور محققین با استفاده از روش تحقیق ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) و از طریق بررسی کتابخانه­ای و ابزار پرسشنامه، مدل مفهومی تحقیق را از روابط بین شاخص‌ها ترسیم نموده و به‎منظور برازش آن از نرم‌افزار اسمارت‌پی‌ال‌اس‌3 استفاده کرده‏اند. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تعدادی از خبرگان، مدیران و زنان شاغل در حوزه گردشگری کشور تشکیل می‎دهند که مجموعا در این تحقیق 65 نفر می‌باشند. نتایج، حاکی از آن است که تجربه و سواد مالی به بهبود و ارتقای رفتار مالی زنان منجر می‌شود، در حالی که رفتار مالی تأثیر مستقیمی بر تاب‌آوری مالی داشته و در نهایت به بهبود عملکرد مالی بنگاه‌های گردشگری کمک می‌کند.

Women have accounted for over half of the tourism industry workforce in recent years. As such, attention to financial issues is crucial due to their significant impact on financial performance, and business owners in the tourism sector should prioritize it accordingly. This study aims to answer the question: What financial indicators influence the financial performance of women in Iran's tourism industry? To address this, the researchers employed a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative), using both a literature review and a questionnaire. They developed a conceptual model based on the relationships between the financial indicators and used SmartPLS 3 software to test the model. The study's sample consisted of experts, managers, and women working in the tourism sector, comprising a total of 65 participants. The results indicate that financial experience and literacy positively impact women’s financial behavior, directly influencing their financial resilience and ultimately enhancing the financial performance of tourism businesses.
