چکیده

هدف پژوهش، طراحی و تبیین الگوی پادشکنندگی صنایع خلاق فرهنگی با تمرکز بر اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی ایران است. تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی اکتشافی و با استفاده از استراتژی نظریه داده‌بنیاد و گردآوری داده ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. جامعه تحقیق شامل مدیران و کارآفرینان اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی با حداقل سه سال سابقه فعالیت بود. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انجام شد که منجر به ۱۲ مصاحبه در ۸ استان شد و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. اعتبارسنجی اولیه روابط از طریق تکنیک کدگذاری اندازه یاب و همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. بر اساس تحلیل کیفی، 35 فرضیه نظری پیشنهاد شد. مدل نهایی نشان داد، اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی ایران، با اتکا بر سرمایه های فرهنگی و فکری در پاسخ به تلاطم‌های محیطی، قابلیت‌های پادشکنندگی را توسعه داده و به پایداری دست می‌یابند.

Developing an Antifragility Model for Ecolodges in Iran: A Grounded Theory Study

The present study aims to design and elucidate an antifragility pattern for cultural creative industries (CCIs), with a specific focus on Iranian eco-lodges. This research was conducted within an exploratory qualitative framework, employing a Grounded Theory strategy and gathering data through semi-structured interviews. The research population comprised eco-lodge managers and entrepreneurs with at least three years of experience. Purposive and snowball sampling techniques were utilized, resulting in 12 interviews across 8 provinces, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was performed through three stages of open, axial, and selective coding using MAXQDA software (version 2024). Initial validation of relationships was conducted via the "quantitative content analysis" technique and Pearson correlation. Based on the qualitative analysis, 35 theoretical hypotheses were proposed. The final model revealed that Iranian eco-lodges, by relying cultural and intellectual capital in response to environmental turbulence, develop antifragility capabilities and achieve sustainability.
