مدل‌سازی مفهومی گردشگری سالمندان با رویکرد سلامت‌محور

چکیده
با افزایش جمعیت سالمندان، توجه به ابعاد سلامت‌محور در گردشگری آنان ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل ساختار دانش گردشگری سالمندان با تأکید بر مؤلفه‌های سلامت انجام شد. مطالعه با رویکرد ترکیبی کمی-کیفی، از طریق تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر صورت گرفت. بدین‌ منظور، تعداد ۲۷۰ مقاله از پایگاه اسکوپوس (۱۹۷۹ تا ۲۰۲۴) انتخاب شد. در بخش کمی، تحلیل هم‌استنادی و هم‌رخدادی واژگان برای شناسایی مفاهیم کلیدی و روندها به‌کار رفت. در بخش کیفی، روابط علی مؤلفه‌ها مدل‌سازی شد. نتایج نشان داد ساختار دانشی این حوزه حول سه خوشه تحرک‌پذیری، فضای سبز و بحران سلامت شکل گرفته و تمرکز پژوهش‌ها به سمت سلامت روان، گردشگری درمانی و تعامل دیجیتال پیش رفته است. همچنین، مدل مفهومی بیانگر نقش کلیدی گردشگری سالمندان و درمانی از طریق بهزیستی ذهنی و کیفیت زندگی در ارتقای سالمندی فعال است. یافته‌ها مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری‌های سلامت‌محور و طراحی مداخله‌های مؤثر در بهبود رفاه سالمندان فراهم می‌کند.

Conceptual Modeling of Senior Tourism with a Health-Oriented Approach

چکیده English

With the growth of the aging population, increasing attention to the health-related aspects of tourism has become essential. This study aimed to analyze the knowledge structure of senior tourism with an emphasis on health components, using a mixed quantitative-qualitative approach through bibliometric analysis and Total Interpretive Structural Modeling (TISM). Based on 270 Scopus-indexed articles (1979–2024), the quantitative phase employed co-citation and keyword co-occurrence analyses to identify key concepts and trends, while the qualitative phase modeled causal relationships. Results revealed three main conceptual clusters: mobility, green spaces, and health crises, alongside a shift in research focus toward mental health, medical tourism, and digital interaction. The conceptual model highlighted the central role of senior and medical tourism in promoting active aging through subjective well-being and quality of life. These findings provide a foundation for developing health-oriented policies and effective tourism interventions to enhance elderly well-being.
