The rise in urbanization and separation of the human being from the nature and Becker environment caused him turn to the nature and pay special attention to ecotourism on holiday. Growth of ecotourism has led to emergence of different types of tourism based on nature, one of these types is adventure tourism and in recent years, demands for that are increased in tourism market. Due to various climates which exist in Iran, this country has ability and potential capacity to receive adventure tourist in several area. One of these adventure tourism areas is desert trekking which according to the zone area of Iran, variety of geomorphology of these regions and existence of rare flora and fauna, there is favorable context for the expansion of this kind of tourism. This study by using S.W.O.T technique and determination of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat points has evaluated capacity of this tourism. Performed Analyzes show existence of favorable conditions in Iran’ kefir for booming these kinds of tourism which by appropriate planning in addition to reinforcing weakness points and use of opportunity, can overcame threat and flow this potential capability.

Today, online purchasing of airline ticket experience substantial growth in Iran in which understanding customer behavior about this technology is necessary for airlines to improve marketing and sales strategies that enable them to retain and attract customers. So, the present study aimed to gain more insight into the most important factors affecting air travelers’ acceptance to use online reservation system of airline ticket. Hence, this paper is application and descriptive–correlation in terms of purpose and methodology. The statistical population includes departure passengers of Mashhad int’l airport in domestic flights of September and sample size calculated for 215 passengers. In addition the data gathered by questionnaire about conceptual model that including trust, price, perceived risk, usefulness and website quality; were analyzed using structural equation analysis and Lisrel8.8 Software. The findings indicate that the three factors namely website quality, usefulness and trust directly and perceived risk indirectly affect the willingness of online shopping. Moreover, significant effect of price on the willingness of air travelers to shop online has not been confirmed.

AbstractOrganizational ethics in hospitality industry is the most important challenge are facing to it players in this industry; as a matter of fact, hotels can make Competitive Advantage by use of ethics in their activities for themselves and/or fall in deterioration by avoidance from it. This study investigates the organizational ethics gap in the hotel industry in Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran at summer of 1393. For analysis of organizational ethics gap, two approaches were examined; employees’ attitude to measure oral organization ethics, guests’ attitude to measure existent organization ethics also were evaluated the relationship between demographic characteristics of employees and guests with organizational ethics and the weight dimensions of organizational ethics from the perspective of population of the study. Population of the study include tow group, employees and guests of four and five stars’ hotels in west of Mazandaran. Measuring instruments of research were tow questionnaires for employees and guests with reliability coefficient (0.920) and (0.959). The statistical analysis was done by SPSS 22.0 and lisrel 8.8. Consequences of the study indicate that there is gap between oral organization ethics and existent organization ethics in Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran. Also finding depicted that, there are most differences between oral organization ethics and existent organization ethics is related to considerate dimension and less differences related to Initiative dimension. And other finding suggested in the form of Conclusions and recommendations

AbstractThis study aims to find the Astro-Tourism potentials and to identify the strategies required for development of this kind of tourism in Iran. The research method which is used in this survey is different regarding different aims we are looking for. It is functional according to the purpose, field study according to the control degree and measurement and descriptive according to the data collecting strategy. Therefore, the method is descriptive-analytic which the required data has been collected and analyzed by distributing the questionnaire and observation. Subsequently, inferential statistics including factor analysis has been used to achieve the aim of this research. The samples of this research were 206 persons were choices from amateurs, professionals and especially tourism experts in sky/star observation tours that were selected by Judgmental sampling. The data and methods of achieving descriptive and inferential statistics, including factor analysis using SPSS software were used. In this study, the questionnaire was composed of total of 35 variables. While considering these variables and ranking them, 7 factors identified by factor analysis. These factors involve 5/00 development infrastructure, 4/18 professional astronomy infrastructure, 3/88 ecological and geographical area/zone, 2/61 physical infrastructure of tourism, 2/43 safety and security, 2/00 preparing particular observing situation, 1/97 recreational tourism infrastructure

AbstractToday, many organizations including tourism service offices rely on many systems to start their business and to survive in this complicated competitive environment. Business Intelligence as a system is regarded a competitive advantage and a critical factor in the success of organizations. Business intelligence, by integrating organization’s information and data provides the administrators with the possibility of tracking and controlling the key processes of the organization and is a basis for making effective decisions. After identifying the dimensions, factors and components of business intelligence, this paper goes to the hypothesis testing using methods of statistical analysis, then if the hypothesis is accepted, it will investigate the significant differences between the variances using ratio variance homogeneity test. In case of the absence of significant differences between the variances, the Duncan test agent will be used for sorting and ranking the factors. Finally, using TOPSIS fuzzy techniques, it will rank all the components of business intelligence. This paper comes to the conclusion that Tourism offices, concerning all aspects, have been in an acceptable condition and the human resource factor in the internal dimension and customers in the external dimension have been of the utmost importance

AbstractThe tourism industry is humankind possesses certain features that make it distinct from economic activities. Tourism is a multifaceted activity and one of the most complex businesses with regard to human geography. The effect of climate on tourism demand and satisfaction of tourists make up this factor as one of the most important factors influencing decisions to be considered for planning and choice of residence. One of the factors affecting the life, welfare and human health, atmospheric and climatic conditions. The aim of this study was to investigate the tourism climate index (TCI) of the stations separately each month (1970 to 2013).For this purpose, the daily statistics of the parameters (maximum daily temperature, minimum relative humidity, daily mean temperature, mean relative humidity, total precipitation, average number of sunny days and average wind speed of other information) is extracted from the database for each month Meteorological Organization TCI index was calculated separately in the course of 36 years. Test for trend analysis of these indicators - Kendall and Sen's stick. The results of this study show that the tourism climatic index of the station in February, June and October, the trend is positive and significant
