Abstract The purpose of the paper was to test the relationship of community
attachment and community involvement with sustainable tourism
development. The mediating role of perceived effects in local society
kashan. Participants were 200 employees (kashan peoples) who were
selected by using simple cluster sampling method. All of the
participants completed scales of community attachment, community
involvement, sustainable tourism development and perceived effects.
Data were analyzed with path analysis model by using LISREL
software. Results showed that community involvement had a structural
effect on sustainable tourism development directly. Community
attachment by mediating perceived benefits had an indirect effect on
sustainable tourism development. Also, perceived benefits had a direct
effect on sustainable tourism development. Perceived costs had a
negative and direct effect on sustainable tourism development.

Abstract
Musical tourism is a combination of two interesting recreation that
have a lot of favor around the world. Today in many of developed
countries have recognized high potential of music in attracting of
tourists. Iran is a country with ancient civilization and culture, and
wide variety of tribes that everyone has its own special culture identity
that provides an opportunity for developing of folk music tourism. For
instance region of Azerbaijan is located in north west of Iran that this
region besides of many kind of natural and cultural attractions has an
interesting local music called Ashighlar that it can be as a new cultural
product. This research is tried to evaluate the role of folklore music
festivals as a strategic marketing tool in a specific destination in order
to attract tourist and develop the local tourism. In the present paper,
the data are collected via questionnaires distributed among potential
tourists presented in 8th National folk Music Festival held from 19th
to 21st May 2013 at Vahdat Hall in Tehran. 120 questionnaires
distributed between the people who were present during performance
of Azerbaijan folklore music (Ashighlar) at festival in three days, 99
questionnaires were usable after collecting. Eventually in base of
above conceptions a conceptual model was designed. This article for
validity of model and responding to hypothesizes used Confirmatory
Factor Analysis and one sample T test by using LISREL and SPSS
soft wares. The results suggest that music festivals have ability in
attracting of tourist and development of local tourism as well
development of tourism causes conservation, revival and sustainability
of folk music.

Abstract This research is performed to identify the effective solutions for
attracting medical tourists and making them loyal. Hence, after
studying theoretical background and reviewing literature, the effective
factors on choosing destination were gathered regarding supply and
demand model of medical tourism. Then, the medical tourists divided
into four groups including Platinum, Gold, Iron and the Lead and the
questionnaires distributed among them. Next, regarding the results,
which means the priorities of medical tourists' demands, authors put
medical tourists in two new categories termed Diamond and Silver,
based on the similarities on their needs. Afterward, these needs
classified into two categories named hygiene needs and motivational
needs, regarding Herzberg two-factor theory. In the Diamond type, the
lack of motivational needs lead to dissatisfaction, but in the Silver
type, it will not lead to dissatisfaction.
Estimated economic value of Taq Bostan using Contingent Choice Method

Abstract In this paper we have calculated and measured, the value of
Protection Antiquities Tagh Bostan and average willingness to pay
people to visit this location using the Contingent Choice Method
selected Double-bounded Dichotomous choice (DDC) in summer
1390.we has been used up logit model To measure willingness to pay
and Maximum Likelihood method for the estimated model’s
parameters. Results show that the average willingness to pay for visit
this place is 460.6 tomans and value of protective is 1,842,400,000
tomasn. The results show are effective the proposed amount, income
level, number of visit this places, live place upon acceptance or
rejection the proposed.
The Evaluation of Competitive Intelligence Maturity Level in Hotels (Study on Yazd 3 and 4 star Hotels)

Abstract within hotels. This paper aims to estimate the competitive intelligence
maturity within Yazd hotels based on its final function. The project is
empirically based and is characterized by exploratory approach. A
questionnaire-oriented survey covering 56 managers of Yazd 3 and 4
star hotels as samples was conducted to collect data for the study .The
findings revealed that CI factors in hotel can be best examined by
technology intelligence, social and strategic intelligence, marketing
and commerce intelligence and competitors intelligence. The findings
indicate that Yazd hotels CI maturity is above the average and in a
good condition. Also all of the CI factors maturity was estimated
above the average. The study provides empirical evidence that CI
activities in 4 star hotels rather than 3 star hotels got better scores.
Finally it was shown that in these hotels the focus of the management
is more on inside CI activities than outside one. There are some
limitations; first, the hotels chosen for the study were mainly 3 and 4
star hotels; second, this survey was limited to one city of Iran. Thus,
the results may not be applicable to all hotels

Abstract The changing nature of the tourism industry, with its move away
from mass tourism towards greater market segmentation, use of new
technologies, differentiation of the product and adoption of new
management styles, demands a change in the substance of tourism
institutes policies. This article reviews the development of tourism
policy from pure promotion to product development to the current
goal of maintaining competitiveness. It argues for a more balanced
growth between facilities and tourists' interest and discusses various
plans that may serve as attraction for tourists in Yazd city as case
study. In this study researcher surveys 2 groups of people involved in
tourism industry in order to find out their attitudes or opinions
facilities and possible procedures to improve the quality and quantity
of services. Researcher concentrates on the opportunities available and
the needs which can be meet by entrepreneurs. The research uses "The
Opportunity Algorithm" which offers by Anthony Ul wick as a base
for comparing and evaluating the Opportunities. According to this
algorithm, each opportunity evaluates by the formula: [Importance +
(Importance – Satisfaction)]. In final conclusion, most important
needs and best Opportunities for the tourism industry in Yazd has
introduced and some propositions has offered. For instance, as one of
the most important results, it is ascertained that it was neglected to
consider the importance of the entertainment facilities and the
existence of diversity in them.
