Governance is a procedure that with all its dimension, ultimately brings the mission of improving the quality of government services to the citizens within the framework of indicators such as transparency, justice, partnership, effectiveness and flexibility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of key players of electronic tourism in Iran in the realization of electronic governance. Therefore; good governance indicators were distinguished by the main players in the field of electronic tourism. In terms of research methodology, this is an applied research with qualitative orientation and used survey strategy. So, while reviewing and analyzing theoretical foundations, referring to library documents and using snowball sampling method, exploratory interviews were conducted and the interviews continued until the researcher's theoretical saturation. The results of the research presented in the form of an analytical model, show the contingent, passive and in some cases, the limited impact of government, electronic service providers and electronic consumers of Iran on good governance practices. The results showed that although there are good rules for achieving good governance, the cross-sectoral nature of tourism and the lack of a coherent and strategic look, the inadequate implementation of the talents in the laws and envisaged institutions, the conflict of interests and the power of the actors to obtain public interest, has been challenged the issue of access to good governance

Trust is the beginning point of any relationship and a key element in trade. The relationship between buyer and seller in an online trade is not apart from this .Trusting plays an important role in attracting tourists to Iran through E-tourism. It can be used as an appropriate strategy to create competitive advantages. Therefore, the purpose of present study is to investigate the factors affecting E- trust in tourism sector. The research is descriptive and correlational. The population of this study were the users which at least once have used online tourism services and the sample size was 388 .A questionnaire was applied in order to collect the data. In addition, SPSS 16 and Amos18 were used to analyze the research data. The result showed that user characteristics and website characteristics have a positive impact on electronic trust. Thus, by identifying these factors, suggestions can be provided to increase users’ trust toward travel agencies.

Today, the tourism industry is one of the most important service industries which competes closely with other industries in the world. In recent years, information technology has had a significant effect on all sectors of the industry. Electronic Tourism is the link between tourism and information technology. Capability and competitive advantages of E-tourism are important factors in creating economic leap in the tourism industry. This study intends to employ the benefits of electronic tourism towards traditional tourism. So, this study offers comprehensive framework to identify and assess direct and indirect effects of each factor affecting the development of electronic tourism in Yazd province. For this purpose, first, factors affecting the development of electronic tourism in Yazd province were identified by comprehensive review of the literature and opinions of experts in the field. And then, these factors were rated using Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM). The population of the research are academic tourism experts and professionals which are active in the tourism industry in Yazd province. Also interviews and questionnaires were used to gather data. The content validity of the questionnaire was approved by the experts. According to the results, "operating and financial possibilities", are the most basic factors in the development of electronic tourism of Yazd province that must be taken into serious consideration by executives in the industry. The results of this research will help policy makers, so that they can choose a better path for the development of electronic tourism.

Development of information technology has influenced various domains of business and human life. Tourism industry as one of the world's most profitable industries has seen new experiences and gone through evolutions in recent years, taking giant steps to adapt to modern technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect adoption of online hotel booking. An extension of the technology acceptance model constitutes the conceptual framework of the research. Statistical population involves all Noshahr county’s hotel customers, out of which a sample of 226 individuals where randomly selected. The validity of the model has been proved by the structural equation modeling. Also, path analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the study variables. Results of the structural equation modeling indicate that attitude and perceived usefulness are the main factors affecting the intention towards online hotel booking. Also, the added variables of trust, credibility, and consistency influence the intention by way of attitude towards online hotel booking.
