The purpose of this research is to provide the “Three-Dimensional Model of Tehran Tourism Management (TDMTTM)” using a two-stages exploratory mixed method design (qualitative-quantitative). At the first and second stages, content analysis and structural equation modeling have been used, respectively. The validity of questionnaire is as content and face validity. Content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) was estimated to be 0.69 and 0.79, respectively. The obtained reliability in Cronbach's Alpha coefficient method is 0.933 and in split of method is 0.0806, respectively. The sample comprises of 400 persons of tourism managers, experts, and professors, from whom the total of 387 valid questionnaires. Were obtaind the The results show that it is necessary to consider structural, environmental, and content factors in designing Tehran Tourism Management Model, and accordingly. “ The Three-Dimensional Model of Tehran Tourism Management (TDMTTM) was developed.”.

Medical tourism, as one of the subdirectories of health tourism is one of the most important branches of tourism industry that has great economic and social benefits. The aim of this study is lived experiences of medical tourists during their treatment in Tabriz hospitals. The study was conducted based on the qualitative approach, using an interpretive phenomenological method. Participants in this study were 20 medical tourists in hospitals of Tabriz who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews. The transcribed interviews were analyzed based on the hermeneutic approach using the analysis method proposed by Diekelmann, Allen, Tanner (1989). The mentioned interviews continued until no new meanings emerged and until the researchers were satisfied with the depth of their understanding. The analysis from lived experiences of medical tourists revealed five factors as the main reasons of choosing this hospital: financial, social and cultural issues, transportation, accommodation, and hospital structure. As one of the potential destination to become the country tourism hub, Tabriz medical tourism needs to remove obstacles such as brokerage, inappropriate administrative structure of hospitals, transportation, accommodation, and financial restriction

Despite the importance of perceived risk related to tourism and willingness to revisit, few studies have been done on the effect of perceived risk on the willingness to revisit through the mediating role of destination image. By investigating the effect of perceived risk on the destination image and its mediating role on the perceived risk as well as the willingness to revisit, this study has created new insights. The statistical population consisted of all domestic tourists who visited Arg-e Bam in spring and early summer of 2016. Due to the lack of access to detailed statistics of tourists who have visited Bam, 200 domestic visitors were selected using convenience sampling method. The study is an applied research and uses descriptive - data collection (questionnaire) method. In this study, the mediating role of both cognitive and emotional images on the relationship of three risks of the physical, financial and social and psychological and willingness to revisit were investigated. The obtained results indicated that the cognitive and emotional images play a mediating role on the relationship between physical and financial risk and willingness to revisit; however, there is no mediating role on the relationship between social - psychological risk and willingness to revisit.

The aim of the present study is to explore and examine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee’s performance through the mediating role of emotional labor acting strategies and emotional exhaustion in hotel industry. The statistical population included employees of four and five-star hotels in Tehran, from whom 270 individuals were selected using convenience sampling. Data collection instrument was a standard questionnaire in which face validity and Cronbach’s Alfa coefficient were used to get validity and reliability, respectively. Structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used to examine the studied model. The obtained results indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on deep acting and employee performance while it has also a significant negative impact on surface acting. Although, Surface acting and emotional exhaustion have a significant negative impact on employee performance , deep acting has a significant positive impact on employee performance

Regarding social trends in the contemporary world, cultural heritage tourists’ satisfaction has become more important than ever. The aim of this study was to measure the level of cultural heritage tourists’ satisfaction of Sheikh Safi al-din Khānegāh as World Heritage Site (WHS). Participants were 400 tourists who visited the universal ensemble of Sheikh Safi and were selected using convenience sampling method. The questionnaire included questions on the motivations of the visit, the satisfaction level of visiting various parts of the ensemble and the services, which were analyzed using SPSS software after finalizing. The results showed the low satisfaction rate of tourists which did not meet WHS standards. There was a high dissatisfaction rate especially among educated people. The study revealed that the satisfaction of cultural heritage tourists on visiting the sites were not considered important for authorities and officials of the Cultural Heritage Organization in Iran; however, tourists’ satisfaction is one of the main factors of sustainable tourism development

The purpose of this paper is to test the structural relationship of perceived value and tourist satisfaction with environmentally responsible behavior through the mediating role of tourist activity involvement in Alandan Lake located at Chahardangeh rural district in Sari, Iran.Regarding the goal, the current research is practical, and regarding the method of data collection, it is considered descriptive - correlation. The statistical population for the study consists of tourists who visited Alandan Lake. Participants were 200 Alandan tourists (113 male and 87 female) selected using convenience sampling method. All of the participants completed scales of perceived value, tourist satisfaction, environmentally responsible behavior and tourist activity involvement. Data were analyzed by the path analysis using LISREL software. The results showed that perceived value had a structural effect on environmentally responsible behavior. Perceived value by mediating tourist activity involvement had an indirect effect on environmentally responsible behavior. Moreover, tourist satisfaction had a direct effect on environmentally responsible behavior and also tourist satisfaction by mediating tourist activity involvement had an indirect effect on environmentally responsible behavior.Perceived value and tourist satisfaction can directly and by mediating tourist activity involvement influence environmentally responsible behavior.
