Most people emphasize that the content of the program matches the needs of the tourism industry. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of the tourism labor market in Iran and analyze the gap in the quality of higher education from the point of view of the stakeholders of tourism in the government, non-government and private sectors, so that appropriate planning can be done for the education sector in this field. He did the improvement of its manpower. Conclusion and suggestions: The stakeholders of the industry suggest strengthening the skills of the graduates in sales, collaboration and networking and creative experience design. The teachers of this field should also have a closer cooperation with the tourism industry sector to actively find the needs, revise the educational content and use a more practical approach.
