Corona virus outbreak has disrupted the industry and trade cycle. This study purpose is to investigate human resource management challenges during Corona crisis, and to provide a solution in hotel industry. Research method is based on inductive approach theory in qualitative way. The statistical population was hotel industry experts selected as sample. Interview data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. Reliability and validity were assessed using Lincoln and Guba technique. Findings show that the cause conditions of this study at highly damaging nature of Covid-19 pandemic are economic problems, weakness in establishing communication skills and perceptual skills of human resource management. Main phenomenon has emerged in economic, political, social and cultural challenges. Structural factors, financial and credit indicators identified as intervenes. Research result shows that human resource managers can achieve their goals using strategies like training human resources, identifying financing methods, reducing costs and obtaining government support.

The Purpose of the Current Study is to examine the Relationship between Ethics and Social Responsibility in the Hotel Industry. To investigate this Relationship, Human Resource Management, Community Involvement and Environmental Performance Inspired by Huimin and Ryan Study (2001) Were Chosen as Mediator variables. As a tool for data collection the Standard Questionnaire adopted by Gu Huimin and Chris Ryan was employed. Statistical Population of This Research was composed of all Sanandaj Hotels, and the sample population included 90 Cases of Senior Executives, Managers and Supervisors of These hotels who were randomly selected. To Examine the Relationships between Variables, Structural Equation Modeling Technique and LISREL Software were used. Indicators such as RMSEA, GFI and AGFI Demonstrated That the Results are Meaningful and Usable. Accordingly, Our Results Suggested a Positive and Significant Relationship Between Professional Ethics and Human Resource Management, Community Involvement and Environmental Performance. This Relationship was also observed With the Social Responsibility of the organization

Present article concentrates on investigation of the effective factors of human resource management on profitability in Isfahan city hotels. Factors such as 1 )human relations; 2)human resource planning; })education; 4)reward's system; 5)performance management; 6)performance evaluation;7)discipline ; 8)human resource information system ;9)job design and I O)socialization have been tested. A self• made questionnaire was designed. Its validity was measured with Cronbach coefficient alpha of 89%. Then hypotheses were tasted in a statistical population of 49 persons which 15 were selected as primary sample. The result was a ranking classification of effective factors on customer profitability.
