This research has two main objectives, the first goal is to provide an entrepreneurial marketing model for the hotel industry in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the second goal is to measure entrepreneurial marketing and its effects on hotel performance. To do this research an exploratory mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) have been used. In the qualitative section, the researcher used qualitative content analysis to develop an entrepreneurial marketing scale and a model. To gather data; in-depth interviews have been used with 20 directors of 3, 4 and 5-star hotels in Tehran. In the quantitative sector, in order to collect data, three questionnaires of entrepreneurial marketing, financial and non-financial performance was used. Accordingly, 48 questionnaires of entrepreneurial marketing and financial performance and 384 questionnaires of non-financial have been gathered. For the validity of the questionnaires, Corrected Item-Total Correlation, content validity ratio, face validity, and confirmatory factor analysis were used and for reliability Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (Dillon-Goldstein's rho coefficient) were calculated by using the Smart PLS software. The results showed that everything was appropriate. Structural equation modeling was also used to test the hypotheses of the research using Smart PLS software. The results confirm the direct impact of entrepreneurial marketing on financial performance and rejecting the mediating role of non-financial performance in transferring the effect of entrepreneurial marketing on financial performance

Nowadays sustainable tourism development is no more considered as a choice but a necessity. In order to achieve sustainable tourism development, all actors in tourism system should undertake the sustainability commitments such as environmental commitment. The purpose of this paper is determining the level of environmental commitment in Tehran accommodation facilities, and identifying the factors that affect the propensity of managers of these units to adopt environmental considerations in this sector of tourism industry. Therefore the exploratory- descriptive research method is employed. Senior managers of 1-5 star hotels comprise the statistical population of this study. In addition to the descriptive statistics methods, various nonparametric inferential statistics tests are applied in analyzing the collected data.Findings of the study manifest that environmental management in the studied hotels can be classified into four levels of environmental commitment with most hotels situating at the basic level of environmental commitment (level 1). Also, according to the research findings “ cost saving” is the most important motivation and “heavy cost of establishing and implementing environmental management practices” is the main obstacle to the implementation of environmental practices. An important finding of this study is that public ownership, size of hotels and the type of their clientele affect achieving more advanced levels of environmental commitment. Quality of service is one of the most important issues for competing service companies, and consequently using a method for service quality mesurment is of great significance. Although there is no consensus on the most appropriate method for this measurement, in this study, according to the literature review findings, using the SERVQUAL model for comparing hotel guest’s expectations and perceptions was preferred. Therefore, our focus in this article is on the different dimensions of service quality in SERVQUAL model, and SPSS 16 was employed to analyze these dimensions of our case study. The findings of the research are classified into two parts: the first part contains some information about demographical attributions of the respondents. The second part, are the hypothesis tests demonstrating that the perceived quality of service in Mashhad’s Homa II hotel is higher than expectations of Iranian guests.
