The present research was conducted with the aim of knowing the motivational factors affecting the demand for literary tourism in Iran by using the theory of push and pull motivational factors, the ranking of the motivational factors affecting the demand for literary tourism, has been discussed. This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. The main tool for data collection was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among the domestic and foreign literary tourists, using non-probability random sampling. The results of the surveys showed that the driving factors, the highest average is related to psychological factors. Among the tensile factors, the highest average is associated to intangible factors. In general, psychological factors have the highest average and search factors, intangible factors, tangible factors, physical factors and social interactions have the next ranks respectively.

Nowadays, medical tourism has become one of the most important types of tourism, to carry out its effective activity, research in this field is necessary. This research has been done to declare the inbound medical tourism market of Tehran as much as possible. Since one of the convenient tools for identifying and studying the market is segmentation, the basis of this research is segmentation using tourist clustering. For this purpose, 151 questionnaires were completed by foreign patients in selected hospitals of Tehran (Moheb, Mehr, Pars, Asia, Laleh and Royan Institute). The results of the questionnaires were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and finally, four different clusters of medical tourists were identified with the names of totalitarians, quality- seeker individuals, people with banned treatment, and people seeking treatment.

The aim of present study is to investigate the effect of constraints on themotivation of ski resort tourists. The population includes all of ski resort touristsin Shemshak and Tochal stations which has attended in sports at least threetimes in the year. Regarding to unfeasibility of certain population and uncertainsize, the sample size was determined through Cochran formula (N=141). Thedata were gathered by Wei (2008) questionnaire. Reliability was tested throughAlpha Cronbach for constraints and motivation as 0.756 and 0.898, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation)and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov, Smirnoff, correlation coefficient ofPearson, and multi-various linear Regression) were used at the level of P≤0.05.The results showed that there was meaningful reverse relationship betweenconstraints and its dimensions and motivation of ski resort tourists (r- 0.362,P=0.001). Also, the interpersonal factors (t=2.251, B=0.247) and structuralfactors (t=2.331, B=0.238) were the most effective predictors. Therefore, regarding to the results, facilitating the tourists’ attendance through trainingand taking advantage of experiences in the field of ski and resolving structuralconstraints in order to provide security for tourists is so important for enhancingtheir motivation and continuous attendance in sky resorts

The purpose of this study first is to develop a model to measure Iran’s Image from the perspective of those who have not visited Iran and then to investigate the effects of some factors such as Macro image of the destination, tourists’ motivation for travelling to Iran and marketing communication activities of the destination on the dimensions of the destination image. In the research, a mixed approach was adopted. The statistical populations of both quantitative and qualitative studies include members of Couch surfing and Linked-in social networks. For this purpose, a sample of 74 potential tourists were participated in the qualitative study and 520 ones were participated in the quantitative study. In order to identify the dimensions of the destination image, the content analysis technique was employed. The participants of the quantitative study were selected through a convenient sampling method. In order to identify the dimensions of the destination image exploratory factor analysis was applied. The research data were analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis in the AMOS software. The findings showed that Macro image of Iran, tourists’ motivation for traveling to Iran and marketing communication activities of the destination affect the dimensions and overall image of Iran. Destination image in turn affects the tourists’ intention to visit Iran.
