This article has identified and compiled the future scenarios of tourism in Kerman in the perspective of 1410 with a future studies approach. The data has been developed with documentary and survey methods and in processing those from the Delphi method, structural analysis and Startup Wizard have been used. The statistical population includes fifteen scientific and executive elites of Kerman who, after the initial discussion sessions, weighing and identified 15 contingent status of the propellant factor in formulating scenarios. The results show that 80 percent of Kerman tourism situations in the future are favorable and 20 percent are stable and critical. Kerman city is facing three groups of tourism development scenarios in the future. The most desirable scenario is the first group, which is based on the foundation of competitiveness, axial plan and symmetrical development

In any type of tourism trip, there are probably some reasons that, if combined, can be considered as motivational factors for travel. Awareness of these factors and how they affect different stages is essential in planning. Urban development plans in Iran do not have the proper and expected function for planners, urban managers, and people, and tourism in these plans does not play a significant role. This research seeks to analyze the factors of tourism weaknesses in these projects. Methods: according to the research objectives, this is applied research which used descriptive-analytical method and semi-structured interviews with emphasis on exploratory approach. Results: Based on exploratory analysis, four factors were identified on tourism weakness in urban development plans of Kermanshah province, which include institutional, perspective, structural and managerial factors. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and examine the relationship between factors and determine their contribution. Conclusion: the results of this study showed that the main components of the research have a significant effect on the tourism weakness in urban development plans of Kermanshah province. The structural equation analysis showed that the first factor (institutional) with the critical ratio of 2.159, the second factor (perspective) with the critical ratio of 2.801, the third factor (structural) with the critical ratio of 2.506, and the fourth factor (managerial) with the critical ratio of 2.173, each with the significance level of 0.05 has a significant effect on the tourism weakness in urban development plans of Kermanshah province.

This study tried to study the strategies for reaching a sustainable settlementsystem in the desert of Hasanabad in accordance with tourism potentials of thementioned region. The research is developmental-applied based of goal and it isdescriptive-nalytical based of method. The required data were collected bydocumentary, survey, Opinion Polling methods and questionnaire. 382 settlersand 341 tourists were selected as the sample of the society. To test thehypotheses, Chi Square, and Factor Analysis were used and the planning touristdevelopment was conducted using SWOT model. The results of this study showthat developing desert tourism and local participation strategy have the mostsignificant effects on attracting tourists. These have a significant role in thedevelopment of the area of the study.
