چکیده

توسعهصنعتگردشگریبهعنوان صنعتی نوپا در جهان، در ردیف یکی از سه منبع درآمدی اول به شمار می‌آید ولی در ایران به دلایل فراوان هنوز جایگاه واقعی خود را پیدا نکرده است. در کشورهای توسعه یافته این صنعت، در حال گسترش بوده است. لذا برنامه­ریزانبرآنند تاجهتتوسعهفعالیت­هایگردشگری به مقوله ارزیابی ظرفیت مدیریت یکپارچه برای توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کاشان توجه کنند. بنابراین،بهره وریهرچهبیشترتوسعهگردشگریوافزایشپیامدهایمثبتآن،نیازمندمدیریتیکپارچه­یآنمی­باشد. این پژوهشبااستفادهازروش­هایتوصیفیتحلیلیوبهره­گیریازپرسشنامهوتحلیل­هایآماری شامل تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون T بهارزیابی ظرفیت مدیریت یکپارچه برای توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کاشانپرداخته است، جامعهآماریموردبررسیدراینتحقیق337 نفر که با روش تصادفی طبقه بندی شده انتخاب شدند، می­باشد. در این پژوهش از نرم افزار spss21 و Excel2013 جهت آنالیز داده­های پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آمار استنباطی انجام شده، میزان معنادار در آزمون T 01/0، نشان دهنده معنادار بودن آزمون است، در نتیجه فرضیه‌های تحقیق «1) نبود تعامل و هماهنگی بین عناصر و بخش­های مدیریتی گردشگری منجر به عدم مدیریت یکپارچه شهرستان کاشان شده است. 2) نبود تعامل و هماهنگی بین عناصر و بخش­های مدیریتی گردشگری منجر به عدم توسعه متوازن سیستم گردشگری شهرستان کاشان شده است.» تعامل و هماهنگی در بخش­های مدیریتی گردشگری سبب توازن خواهد شد.

Evaluation of Integrated Management Capacity for Tourism Development in Kashan


Abstract

Development of the tourism industry as one of the major economic activities of developed and developing countries has led planners to pay attention to the development of tourism activities to assess the integrated management capacity for tourism development in the city of Kashan. This study was conducted using descriptive-analytic methods and using a questionnaire and statistical analysis to assess the integrated management capacity for tourism development in Kashan. The statistical population of this study is 337 people. In this study, spss21 and Excel2013 software was used to analyze to examine the adequacy of sampling of meaningful numbers. These numbers for the tourism boom are 0.527, tourism development is 0.665 and for integration "
