چکیده

با نگاهی به درآمدهای ارزی مقاصد معروف گردشگری دنیا، می‌توان گفت وفاداری گردشگر یکی از معیارهای مهمی است که می‌تواند تعیین‌کننده میزان موفقیت مقاصد گردشگری باشد. جلب گردشگران زیاد، نیازمند به وجود آمدن حس اعتماد در آن­ها است. با ایجاد حس اعتماد در گردشگران، می‌توان حس وفاداری در آن‌ها را ایجاد و زمینه را برای به وجود آمدن تمایل به بازدید مجدد از آن مقصد گردشگری فراهم کرد. به ­همین دلیل، شخصیت ­برند مقصد­گردشگری و تأثیری که این مفهوم می­تواند بر باورها و نگرش‌های روانی و ­الگوهای رفتاری گردشگران داشته ­باشد. هدف ­پژوهش­ حاضر، ­مطالعه تأثیر شخصیت ­برند مقصد گردشگری­ بر همخوانی خودپنداره­ گردشگر و اعتماد به مقصد ­گردشگری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و از نظر روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری ­پژوهش حاضر، شامل؛ آن دسته از گردشگران خارجی است که در تابستان 1395 به شهر تهران سفر­کرده­اند و از پل طبیعت در این شهر بازدید کرده‌اند. از این جامعه، نمونه­ای به حجم 216 نفر و به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده­های ­پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق­ ساخته­ای حاوی 30 سؤال بر اساس مرور ادبیات پژوهش طراحی شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد­نظر، قبل از جمع‌آوری داده­ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تائید شد. به‌منظور بررسی داده‌های پژوهش و آزمون فرضیه­های پژوهش، از آمار ­توصیفی­ و ­استنباطی­ در نرم­افزارهای "اس پی اس اس" ­و"لیزرل" استفاده ­شد. نتایج­ پژوهش نشان داد ابعاد ­شخصیت ­برند­ مقصد­گردشگری تأثیر­ مثبتی را بر همخوانی خودپنداره­گردشگر و اعتماد به مقصد گردشگری ­مجدد وی از مقصد­گردشگری تهران دارد.

By looking at the foreign exchange earnings of world-famous tourism destinations, it can be said that tourism loyalty is one of the most important criteria that can determine the success of tourism destinations. Therefore, tourism destinations can present themselves as a strong and unique brand to attract more foreign tourists. Attracting a lot of tourists requires creating a sense of trust in them, creating a sense of trust in tourists can create a sense of loyalty and finally, it leads to revisiting that tourist destination. For this reason, the tourism destination brand personality and the effect that this concept can have on the beliefs, attitudes and behavior patterns of tourists have the potential to be considered as one of the most important topics of interest for tourism destinations in the coming years. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the brand personality of tourism destination on tourism self-concept congruity and tourism destination trust. This study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes the foreign tourists who traveled to Tehran in summer 2016 and visited the Nature Bridge in this city. A sample of 216 individuals was selected from the population using the available sampling method. To collect the research data, a researcher-made questionnaire containing 30 questions was designed based on the literature review. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed and confirmed before data collection. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS and LISREL software to evaluate the research data and test the research hypotheses. The results showed that the personality dimensions of tourism destination brands have a positive effect on the self-concept congruity of the tourist and re-trust in the tourism destination of Tehran. Another part of the results showed that tourist self-concept congruity has a significant effect on trust in the tourism destination of Tehran.
