The purpose of this empirical study is an investigation of the effect of the economy of tourism experience in the countryside and rural areas of Ramsar and Chalous on place attachment and behavioral intentions through pleasant feelings and positive memories of tourists. This exploratory-descriptive research is of survey type, in which the main tool of data collection is a questionnaire. 184 questionnaires were distributed by available sampling methods in the spring and summer of 2017 among tourists and visitors of the villages and countryside of Chalous and Ramsar in the Northern part of Iran. To analyze the research data, 171 questionnaires were selected and structural equation modeling was used. Research findings show that "The economy of the rural tourism experience has a meaningful relationship with pleasant excitement", "The pleasant excitement derived from experience has a meaningful relationship with memories", and "pleasant excitement has no meaningful relationship with behavioral intentions of tourists”. Therefore, experience economy affects place attachment and, ultimately, the behavioral intentions of the tourists. This research can also guide future researchers towards managerial concepts in the tourism industry, in particular, rural tourism, removing limitations and ultimately provide constructive solutions and suggestions to relevant organizations and centers.

Marketing experts have always tried to tie their products into memories of the simple and calm days of people. The places and their advertisements for attracting visitors are not exceptions. The importance of creating and maintaining a distinctive atmosphere has gained increasing attention among researchers and tourism managers and it is considered as a key factor in attracting and satisfying customers as well as increasing financial performance by maximizing revenue and market share in the tourism industry. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of perceived nostalgia on attachment to place. In terms of the purposes this is an applied research and in terms of the methodology, this is descriptive –survey. The questionnaire was used to collect data from which 302 clients from the "Sini Por" traditional restaurant were investigated and examined. Using the Structural Equation Modelling and Smart PLS software, the data collected from the sample has been analyzed. The results indicated that the relationship between attachment to place and perceived nostalgia is significant.

The main issue in this study was to investigate the factors affecting the environmental conservation behaviors of foreign tourists. The environment has been one of the main and most important concerns of human societies in the past few decades. Hence, in recent years, much attention has been paid to environmental problems. In the present study, effective factors on environmental conservation behaviors have been evaluated using the causal model and LISREL software. This research was conducted using the survey method and questionnaire. The statistical population includes foreign tourists who visited Fars province tourist sites in 1395. The sample size was 260 using the Cochran formula. According to the estimates of the coefficients of direct and indirect effects, the highest direct effect on environmental conservation behaviors related to personal norms (0.42), and the least was the indirect effect of place attachment (0.02).
