چکیده

مشارکت و توسعه روستایی یکی از مهم‌ترین مفاهیمی است که از دیرباز تاکنون موردبحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. توسعه اشتغال پایدار بر رشد اقتصادی و توسعه پایدار روستایی متمرکز است که در پیوند با گردشگری روستایی می‌تواند در راستای توسعه پایدار روستایی مثمرثمر باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مشارکت و توسعه روستایی در گردشگری روستایی و توسعه اشتغال پایدار با بکارگیری شاخص چند کارکردی روستایی است که با استفاده از روش ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) به بررسی موضوع می‌پردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، و روش تحقیق بکار رفته در آن ترکیبی است که در مرحله اول با استفاده از روش کیفی گروه کانونی، نظرات و اجماع متخصصان جمع‌آوری و بررسی شدند تا شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های اصلی استخراج شوند، سپس با استفاده از روش کمّی شاخص چند کارکردی روستایی هریک از آنها دسته‌بندی و تحلیل شدند. همچنین، از طریق فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی برای هر شاخص و مؤلفه، و,....

Background and Purpose: Rural participation and development is one of the most important concepts that have been discussed and investigated since a long time ago. The development of sustainable employment is focused on economic growth and sustainable rural development, which in connection with rural tourism can be fruitful in the direction of sustainable rural development. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the role of participation and rural development in rural tourism and the development of sustainable employment with the application of the rural multifunctionality index, which examines the issue using a mixed method.
