Agritourism has been identified as an opportunity for growth and development as it has the potential to meet those needs. In this article, according to the literature review and opinion polls of experts (officials, experts, and experts in agriculture and tourism), the factors affecting the development of agritourism were identified and investigated. In the initial summary, 134 indices were extracted and reduced to 34 indices during the three stages of expert opinion polling. 260 experts answered the questions in this questionnaire. According to statistical analysis using SPSS and LISREL software, research questions were analyzed and the final model of this research consists of 1. Intellectual infrastructure, 2. Physical infrastructure, 3. Institutional factors, 4. Promotion and development factors, and 5. Competitiveness factors. <em>امروزه، کشاورزان به درآمد مکمل و نیز ایجاد اشتغال برای کمک به کاهش فقر در آن ها نیاز دارند</em><em>. </em><em>گردشگری کشاورزی، به‌عنوان فرصتی برای رشد و توسعه شناسایی شده است</em><em>.</em><em> در این مقاله، با توجه به پژوهش­های انجام شده و نظرخواهی از خبرگان (مسئولان، متخصصان و کارشناسان کشاورزی و گردشگری)، عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری کشاورزی بررسی و تعیین شدند. در جمع­بندی ابتدایی، 134 شاخص استخراج و در طی سه مرحله نظرخواهی از خبرگان، این تعداد به 34 شاخص تقلیل و تعدیل یافت. تعداد 260 نفر از خبرگان، به سؤال‌های این پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. با توجه به تحلیل­های آماری صورت گرفته به کمک نرم­افزارهای </em><em>SPSS</em><em>و </em><em>LISREL</em><em>، پرسش­های پژوهش بررسی شدند و مدل نهایی این پژوهش متشکل از: زیرساخت­های فکری، زیرساخت­های فیزیکی-کالبدی، عوامل نهادی، عوامل ترویج و توسعه و عوامل رقابت­پذیری تشکیل شد.</em> https://tms.atu.ac.ir/article_10612_d10ca8b9a30c5f69adce033f7cfb2a3d.pdf
