Nowadays, the natural sources as a main ecotourism assets confront withvarious challenges. Thus, evaluation of eco-tourist regions and bio ecologyfunctions in the course of decisions – making and economic policies isaccounted as a most important branches of development and planning of tourismindustry. The recreational region of Rudbar Qasran is one of the ecotourismattractions of Shemiranat division located on Tehran and is accounted as one oftourism destinations. Thus, to study it’s ecotourism value could be effective inpredication of demands and provision of defects as well as in development oftourism.The research method is descriptive and the aim of the present researchis to estimate ecotourism value of Rudbar Qasran via conditional valuation.Through Logit model and binary choice the effect of factors which affectingwillingness of tourists to spend to visit touristic attractions of the region. Thequestionnaire The average willingness to pay by the tourists is about 7100 Rialsfor any household for use of tourism services of Rudbar Qasran and with regardto this level, the average recreational value of services and facilities of givenregion is estimated to 3550 million Rials. Thus, concerning to high value ofgiven region, should be paid more attention to development of tourism andpromotion of visitor’s accommodations by planners.

Sarein is one the touristic cities of Ardabil province, known for its hot springs and hydrotherapy spots. In light of this, investigating the tourists’ views and demands for this place can be useful in predicting needs, removing scarcities and developing tourism industry in this city. Taking advantage of the two-stage Heckman approach, this study estimates the tourists’ WTP for visiting Jamish Goli, Sabalan and Besh Bajilar – three of Sarein hot springs. Also it deals with assessing the causes of tourists’ visits to Sarein, and the state of the city’s amenities in the tourists’ eyes. Requested data sets were obtained through the questionnaires and interviews of 646 individuals who visited the mentioned hot springs. Results revealed that the mean WTP for each visit to Jamish Goli, Sabalan and Besh Bajilar equals

In this study, willingness to pay (WTP) of the visitors of "shahresukhte" has been determined with the use of conditional valuationmethod (CVM) and dichotomous choice questionnaire. Willingness topay is calculated with Logit model, and the parameters of the modelare estimated by maximum likelihood method. Results revealed that58% of the research sample were willing to pay for their visit to"shahre sukhte". The average willingness to pay for each visit to theplace equaled to 6563 Rials and the total recreational value wasestimated to be more than 1292 Million Rials per year. Additionally, itwas indicated that variables of age, income, Antiquities-relatedoccupations or fields of study, and the perceived importance ofprotection of historical collections, had significant effects onwillingness to pay. The influencing factors on willingness to pay wererelated to the importance of historical collections protection,occupation or field of study associated with the Antiquities, familysize, age and income, respectively.
