چکیده

گردشگری بین المللی طی دو دهه‎ی گذشته به سرعت توسعه ‎یافته و از نظر اقتصادی اهمیت قابل توجهی پیدا کرده است. در این چارچوب، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تقاضای گردشگری، درکشورهای منتخب حوزه دریای خزر[1] پرداخته است. برای این منظور از روش داده‎های تابلویی[2] طی دوره‎ی زمانی 2013-2000 استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده در این مطالعه، نشان می‎دهد که درآمد سرانه، نرخ واقعی ارز و آزادسازی تجاری اثر مثبت بر گردشگری دارد. همچنین، با توجه به نتایج دیگر تحقیق حاضر، بی‎ثباتی اقتصادی اثر منفی و معنادار بر تقاضای گردشگری دارند. با توجه به اینکه پتانسیل‎های قابل ملاحظه در منطقه برای توسعه گردشگری، توصیه می‎شود ضمن سیاست‎گذاری در ارتقای گردشگری، توجه ویژه‎ای به عوامل موثر بر تقاضای گردشگری حوزه دریای خزر صورت گیرد.

Over the past two decades, international tourism has developed rapidly and has a significant economic importance. This study investigates factors affecting tourism demand in the Caspian Sea littoral states. Panel data method during the period of 2000-2013 has been employed. The results indicate that the per capita income, real exchange rate and trade liberalization has a positive effect on tourism. Also, other obtained results of this research show the economic instability has a significant negative effect on tourism demand. Regarding the significant potential for tourism development in this area, it is recommended while having the policy to promote tourism, paying particular attention to factors affecting tourism demands in the shoreline countries of Caspian Sea.
