چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق حاضر، بررسی تطبیقی متغیرهای چابکی مورد توجه در بخش تولیدی و بخش خدمات هتلداری می باشد به این منظور، متغیرهای مورد توجه شرکتهای تولیدی چابک از ادبیات موضوع استخراج گردید و سپس در هتل‌های چابک بررسی شد. مورد مطالعه تحقیق، شرکتهای تولیدی مستقر در مشهد و هتل‌های شهر مشهد می باشد. جمع‌آوری دادهها با استفاده از دو پرسش‌نامه و تحلیل آن ها نیز به روشهای تحیل واریانس چند متغیره، آزمون t مستقل و تحلیل تشخیصی صورت پذیرفت. بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق مشخص گردید که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای چابکی دو گروه وجود دارد. متغیرهایی که باعث بروز این اختلاف شده اند شامل آموزش و پرورش مستمر، فرهنگ تغییر، مشارکت و همکاری، پاسخ‌گویی، انعطاف‌پذیری، سرعت و شایستگی می‌باشند که در هتل‌ها بیشتر از شرکتهای تولیدی بوده است. همچنین، ترکیب آموزش و پرورش مستمر و انعطاف‌پذیری، منجر به ایجاد بیشترین اختلاف هتل‌ها و شرکتهای تولیدی شده است.

Identifying the Agility Enablers and Capabilities in the Hotel Industry via a Comparative Study with Manufacturing Sector
چکیده [English]
The aim of current study is to make a comparative investigation of agility
variables in manufacturing sector and hotel services sector and determines the
weights of these variables in order to create the best distinction between the two
sectors in terms of agility. Therefore, in this study the agility variables of
manufacturing firm were extracted from the literature and then was examined in
agile hotels to be determined whether these variables in the agile hotels are
considering as well as the agile manufacturing companies or not. The sample
included active manufacturing companies located in the Toos industrial estate
and three, four and five-star hotels in Mashhad. For collecting data were used
through two questionnaire. Data were collected from Stratified sampling
method. Also the questionnaires collected was analyzed with MANOVA,
independent – samples t test and discriminant analysis. Finally, according to the
results of this study, it was found that there is a significant difference between
the averages vector of agility variables in two groups. The variables that were
causing these differences include continuing education, changing culture,
cooperation, responsiveness, flexibility, speed and competency that theirs
averages in hotels were more than averages in manufacturing companies. Also,
combining the continuous education variable of determination and flexibility
variable with specific coefficient, create the highest distinction between the
hotels and manufacturing firms in terms of agility.
