تحلیل اثرات فضایی جاذبه های گردشگری شهری بر خدمات گردشگری مشهد
در دهه های اخیر گردشگری شهری منجر به تحولات فضایی متنوعی در شهر مقدس مشهد شده است. تمرکز بیش از اندازه در بهره برداری از پتانسیل های گردشگری مذهبی در این شهر علاوه بر تشدید ازدحام فعالیتی پیرامون حرم مطهر رضوی منجر به عدم توجه بهینه به پتانسیل های نهفته در سایر گونه های گردشگری شده است. در این پژوهش تلاش می شود تا با رویکردی توصیفی، اثرات فضایی جاذبه های گردشگری شهری بر توزیع فضایی خدمات گردشگری مشهد مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. به همین منظور از داده های فضایی پایگاه اطلاعات شهری مشهد استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از تاثیر فضایی معنادار حرم مطهر رضوی بر توزیع فضایی خدمات گردشگری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش است. همچنین در مقایسه با حرم رضوی، سایر جاذبه های گردشگری اثرات متفاوتی بر توزیع فضایی خدمات گردشگری شهری مشهد داشته اند.

شناسایی و پیش بینی بازار گردشگران سالمند بر مبنای ارزشهای مورد انتظار
شناسایی بخشهای بازار گردشگری به توسعهی بهتر بستههای سفر و راهبردهای کارآمدتر کمک میکند. با شناسایی ارزشهای مورد انتظار ناشی از الگوهای رفتاری و مقایسه آن با علایق رفتاری سفر افراد سالمند درکنار ویژگیهای فردی میتوان بازار گردشگران سالمند را بخشبندی و پیش بینی کرد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. برای شناسایی ارزشهای مورد انتظار از رویکرد کیفی و روش دلفی و برای پیشبینی گروههای بازار از رویکرد کمی با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی بهره میبرد.این پژوهش بین 380 نفر ازگردشگران سالمندان اصفهانی و تهرانی به روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی و در دسترس انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد ارزشها ناشی از ویژگیهای فردی و شخصیتی، انگیزههای سفر، تجربه سفر، سبک سفر و لذت سفر است. بازارگردشگران سالمند بر اساس ارزشهای مورد انتظار، با تکنیک شبکه عصبی در سه گروه محافظه کار، مرفه و جوان شناسایی و پیش بینی شدند.

عوامل موثر بر مقاصد رفتاری گردشگران در بازدید از پارک های آبی شهر مشهد
پارکهای موضوعی نشاندهنده بخشی بزرگ و بهسرعت در حال رشد در صنعت گردشگری و مهماننوازی در جهان هستند که به موضوع پژوهشی جالب و مهم برای بازاریابان و فعالان در این صنعت تبدیلشده است. ایجاد و حفظ تجارب بهیادماندنی در کنار تصویر ذهنی معنادار جزء ضروری کارکرد مدیریت بازاریابی در صنعت پارک آبی است که منجر به مقاصد رفتاری مانند توصیه پارک به دیگران و قصد بازدید مجدد از سوی بازدید کنندگان میشود. ازاینرو، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر مقاصد رفتاری گردشگران در بازدید از پارکهای آبی در سطح شهر مشهد است. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. بهمنظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، از جامعه موردنظر 384 بازدیدکننده به روش در دسترس انتخاب شد و با استفاده از پرسشنامه استانداردشده، به جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش اقدام شد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.نتیجه آزمون فرضیات، حاکى از آن است که کیفیت تجربه بر تصویر ذهنی، رضایت و ارزش ادراکشده از سوی بازدیدکنندگان تأثیر مثبتی دارد؛ و تصویر ذهنی بازدیدکنندگان بر ارزش ادراکشده، رضایت و لذت بازدیدکنندگان اثر مثبت و قابلتوجهی دارد. اگرچه ارزش ادراکشده و لذت بازدیدکنندگان بر رضایت تأثیر مثبتی دارد اما لذت بازدیدکننده بهطور مستقیم بر مقاصد رفتاری او اثر نمیگذارد و این اثر بهصورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق رضایت اتفاق میافتد. یافتههای این پژوهش، بینشی برای مدیران و بازاریابان پارکهای آبی فراهم میآورد و به آنها اجازه میدهد که عوامل موثر بر مقاصد رفتاری بازدیدکنندگان همچون توصیه به دیگران و قصد بازدید مجدد از پارک آبی را درک کنند و درنتیجه خدمات را بهگونهای طراحی و سازماندهی کنند که نیازهای بازدیدکنندگان را برآورده کند.

ارزیابی و تحلیل جایگاه برندگردشگری استان فارس بر پایه هویت رقابت پذیری ملی
با توجه به شرایط رقابتپذیری جهانی، برند سازی پتانسیلهای گردشگری در جهتدهی منابع و جذب سرمایهگذاریهای صنعت توریسم از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و امروزه اکثر کشورها و شهرها با برنامهریزی در این زمینه سعی در ارزآوری بیشتر با استفاده از این صنعت سبز هستند. بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به پتانسیلهای بالای استان فارس درزمینه گردشگری تاریخی درصدد ارزیابی از برند گردشگری استان فارس بر اساس سند توسعه گردشگری این استان در سال 1404 و بر پایه رقابتپذیری ملی هستیم. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و هدف کاربردی است. دادهها و اطلاعات موردنیاز از منابع کتابخانهای و اسنادی (سند توسعه گردشگری استان فارس) و بهصورت پیمایشی (پرسشنامه- مصاحبه) جمعآوریشده است. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان میدهد استان فارس درزمینه دو پارامتر جذب گردشگر و برند سازی گردشگری به ترتیب با امتیاز 5/3 و 3 از 5 امتیاز ممکن نقشه رقابتی، پایینتر از مشهد و در حالت رقابت فشرده با استان اصفهان و بالاتر از سایر رقبای ملی و منطقهای (خوزستان، یزد و کرمان) قرار دارد. نتایج نقشه تناسبی نشان میدهد که مهمترین عوامل کلان تأثیرگذار بر توسعه و برند سازی گردشگری استان فارس عبارتاند از؛ مدیریت کلان کشور، کمبود اعتبارات، نگاه سیاسی به گردشگری تاریخی استان فارس، محدودیتهای جامعه اسلامی و تحریمهای بینالمللی است. همچنین مهمترین قابلیتهای استان فارس که دارای 4 ویژگی(VIRO) نادر بودن، تکرارناپذیر، غیرقابل تقلید و باارزش هستند عبارتاند از؛ وجود حرم حضرت شاهچراغ، آرامگاه شخصیتها و مفاخر ملی، بناهای تاریخی استان فارس؛ بنابراین با توجه به این منابع و متغیرهای کلان تأثیرگذار بر برند سازی گردشگری استان فارس نقشه تناسب راهبردی ترسیم گردید و راهکارهای مناسب پیشنهادشده است.

بررسی ارتباط میان عناصر معناگرایی و ادراک گردشگر از سفر (مطالعه موردی گردشگران خارجی بازار تهران)
انسان موجودی کمال گرا، به دنبال شناخت بوده و سفر مبتنی بر حرکت، بستر تحقق معناگرایی انسان را فراهم نموده است. این پژوهش به صورت کیفی- توصیفی، به شیوه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه میدانی در دو بخش و با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. در بخش اول پس از ارزیابی مصاحبه خبرگان، سه عنصر شناخت خدا، شناخت انسان و شناخت جهان به عنوان عناصر معناگرایی گردشگر منتج گردید. در بخش دوم طی مصاحبه با گردشگران خارجی بازار تهران در دی ماه 1395، ارتباط میان سه عنصر معناگرایی با ادراک گردشگر از سفر بررسی شد. نتایج نشان می دهد شناخت جهان و انسان، ارتباط طولی با شناخت خدا دارند و گردشگر در راستای شناخت جهان پیرامون و نیروی درونی معنوی که وی را به شناخت هرچه بیشتر تاریخ، پیشینه فرهنگ و هنر انسانها سوق می دهد، به شناخت خالق این استعدادها و خلق اثر هنری دست می یابد.

بررسی تأثیر نوستالژی درک شده بر دلبستگی به مکان
زمینه و هدف پژوهش: امروزه برانگیختگی عاطفی مصرفکننده در میان بازاریابان بسیار پرطرفدار شده است. بر کسی پوشیده نیست که دست گذاشتن روی خاطرات گذشته افراد میتواند ابزاری عالی برای فروش محصولات به آنها باشد. متخصصین تبلیغات همواره سعی کردهاند که محصولاتشان را به خاطرات روزهای ساده و پر آرامش افراد گره بزنند. مکانها و تبلیغات آنها برای جلب بازدیدکنندگان نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نیستند. اهمیت ایجاد و حفظ یک فضای متمایز توجه روبه رشدی در میان محققان و مدیران گردشگری کسب کرده و بهعنوان یک عامل کلیدی در جذب و رضایت مشتریان و همچنین افزایش عملکرد مالی از طریق به حداکثر رساندن درآمد و سهم بازار در صنعت گردشگری بهحساب میآید. لذا هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تأثیر نوستالژی درک شده بر دلبستگی به مکان است.
روش تحقیق: این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش انجام توصیفی-پیمایشی است. بدین ترتیب برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفادهشده که ضمن آن 302 نفر از مشتریان رستوران سنتی "سینی پر" موردمطالعه و بررسی قرارگرفته و طی آن با استفاده از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS دادههای جمعآوریشده از نمونه مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرارگرفته است.
یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که رابطه بین دلبستگی به مکان و نوستالژی درک شده معنادار است.

مطالعه رفتار مشتریان در رزرواسیون آنلاین با استفاده از تکنیک دادهکاوی و مدل کانو (مورد مطالعه: هتلهای چهار و پنج ستاره شهر تهران)
هدف این مقاله، ارائه الگوی تلفیقی از مدل کانو و قوانین انجمنی جهت طبقهبندی نیازهای مشتریان و تجزیه و تحلیل رفتار آنها است.در این تحقیق، بعد از جمعآوری دادهها، انتظارات مشتریان از وبسایت به وسیله مدل کانو طبقهبندی و سپس به وسیله قوانین انجمنی، ارتباط میان ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی مشتریان و نتایج حاصل از مدل کانو، مشخص شده است. نتایج حاصل از طبقهبندی خدمات به وسیله مدل کانو نشان میدهد که رزرو آنلاین و پیگیری رزرو در دسته نیازهای اساسی؛ رزرو از طریق پست الکترونیکی و دانلود رایگان در دستهی نیازهای عملکردی؛ و سایت های اطلاع رسانی و خبرنامه الکترونیکی در دسته نیازهای مهیج قرار دارند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از کاوش قوانین انجمنی به عنوان نمونه نشان می دهد که برای آقایان داشتن رزرو آنلاین در وبسایت به احتمال 93% یک نیاز اساسی است.ولی این ویژگی برای زنان به احتمال 89% اساسی می باشد.

رقابتپذیری مقصد گردشگری: تحلیل اهمیت- عملکرد (مورد مطالعه: شهر یزد و شهر شیراز)
همگامشدن با روندهای جهانی و کسب مزیت رقابتی مستلزم این است که مقصدهای گردشگری راهبردهای خود را بر اساس شناخت اهمیت ویژگیهای رقابت پذیری مقصد و عملکرد خود در این زمینه تدوین نمایند. در پژوهش حاضر، رویکرد IPA برای ارزیابی اهمیت فعالیتهای مختلف جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی در مدیریت مقصد و بررسی عملکرد دو مقصد یزد و شیراز مورد استفاده قرارگرفتهاست. نتایج نشان داد که از دید خبرگان، در هر دو مقصد حدود نیمی از معیارها با اهمیت اندک و عملکرد ضعیف، اولویت پایینی برای اختصاص منابع دارند. بر اساس میانگین امتیازهای مرتبط با اهمیت، در شهر یزد ابعاد «مدیریت بحران»، «بازاریابی»، «تغییرات اقلیمی»، «آموزش گردشگری و مهماننوازی»، «توسعه پایدار» و «توسعه محصول و نوآوری» و در شهر شیراز ابعاد «تغییرات اقلیمی»، «بازاریابی»، «مدیریت بحران»، «توسعه پایدار»، «توسعه محصول و نوآوری» و «آموزش گردشگری و مهماننوازی» به ترتیب از بااهمیتترین تا کماهمیتترین ابعاد مربوط به رقابتپذیری مقصد شناخته شدند.
